Executive Chef and Company Director, Bob Rawlins, leads the dedicated and skilled Innovations Team. Throughout his 25 year career as a Chef, Bob has worked in prestigious venues around the world including The Ritz in London, Quay in Sydney and Alinea in Chicago. He has also created outstanding food results for Inverlochy Castle in Scotland, on the QE2, and at The Sheraton Mirage Resort in Port Douglas before acquiring Innovations in 2004.
Innovations Catering is a philanthropic company and have supported many charitable groups and events from 2005-2012 including the Long Table Lunch for Breast Cancer Care, Make a Wish Foundation, Ernst and Young’s Charity Golf Day and the Random Acts of Kindness television program. With a focus on caring for the environment, Innovations Catering recycle packing waste, compost food waste and offset delivery vehicle emission with biodiverse conservation tree plantings in Western Australia with Carbon Neutral.
The quality catering offered by Innovations Catering was recognised by The Catering Institute of Australia in 2011 when we were runner-up for the External Venue Caterer Gold Plate Award. An independent panel of unidentified judges assessed each function with 150 points over ten categories. The Gold Plate Awards provides professional recognition for quality and enables the Catering Institute of Australia to encourage and reward excellence.
