Food and Beverage Staff

All of our kitchen and wait staff have been carefully selected and have a shared passion for customer service excellence in hospitality. We can provide staff for all your catering needs. Whether it be one of our experienced Chef’s to serve a gourmet dinner or our dedicated wait staff to serve martinis and canapés, we will ensure you are left free to enjoy your event and relax with your guests.

Hire Equipment

Including off site kitchens, portable bars, tables, chairs, chair covers, linen, glassware, cutlery and crockery. For a more comprehensive list of items please contact our helpful coordinators.

Beverages

We offer a considerable cost saving to our clients by allowing you to make your own beverage selections. You may "bring your own" beverages or we can organise drinks for you on a "consumption basis" - meaning that you only pay for what you use (not available at all venues).
